Missing psalmody note head glyph

I'm missing a note head glyph for typesetting psalmodies. 
Recreating this psalm notation in lilypond doesn't seem possible
without it:

I don't see how I could set the two last notes with current lilypond.
The third note on the second system would be set as a breve - but how
do I get the vertical lines around a filled note head to represent
shorter repeatable notes in psalm notation?

I am willing to add it myself, if that is welcome. I'd like some
guidance in naming conventions in that case.
