Installation issue

I have just installed LilyPond and Frescobaldi as per the instructions (including choosing the LilyPond executable in Frescobaldi settings), but when I try to engrave a score, I get this message: Starting lilypond.exe 2.26.0 [Untitled]... Exited with return code -1073741569. How can I solve this problem?
