I forgot to mention another reason (which is now moot, I guess) to
delay the publication of the Wiki: I could have imagined to use Eef's
LSR dumps at

to provide some history for the LSRs in the Wiki, at least for last
few months

Thanks, but I think this is not necessary.  It's indeed not urgent,
and I'll take care of `makelsr.pl` in the next few weeks.
