Using LilyPond Wiki for getting documentation snippets

I've implemented the transition from the LSR to the LilyPond Wiki to
build the documentation snippets.

I've also extended the 'Snippets' manual with more categories (this
adds about 250 pages) so that really all snippets tagged as 'Included
in the official documentation' are shown.
