combing through the issue tracker

Hey all!

I've been looking through the issue tracker for fun (don't ask), and I've
noticed a few issues that I'm fairly sure have been solved. Take for
example issue #5279, about creating jump-to links in the doc pdfs:

being one of like 5 people total who actually do download the pdfs, I went
and checked the most recent version ones, and yeah, they all have the jump
links, I can go from page 1 to page like 300 with one (1) click. I tested 3
different pdf readers + my browser and it works on all of them. that issue
should probably be closed, right? but it's open.
Thus, I'm asking for access to the repo (because I just Cannot™ find the
"request access" button in GitLab as I'm apparently a boomer), so I can
comb through the tracker and close those few issues that have since been
solved! I'd properly document them in a comment then close the issue. Would
take at least a week or so but I'm on holiday :)
