problems with `guile-debugger.ly`

Folks,
using `guile-debugger.ly` fails with Guile 3.x. AFAICS, it can
actually be removed completely, since
```
\version "2.24"
... Scheme stuff ...
\include "scheme-sandbox.ly"
... LilyPond music
```
seems to work just fine.
If you agree I'm going to provide a Merge Request accordingly to
update the documentation (also handling issue #6886).
