Ah, there's one thing I forgot: copyright years. I don't want to
discuss longer-term directions here, but I think lilypond --version
should print 2026 somewhere.

I think there are two options:
1. Only adapt user-facing strings in lily/main.cc and
scripts/musicxml2ly.py.
2. Run a full make grand-replace, which we haven't in past three years.

Thoughts?
