   Sorry I couldn’t reply yesterday. Indeed Lukas I was rather relieved
   that I was not alone to have the guile issue. With Dan’s confirmation
   it looks  as if I’m set to go !

   Thank you both for your important help. When I get back home, I’ll send
   you some information on what I’m up to. For the moment let me say that
   I’m strictly interested in medieval music which is my subject of study.
   I’ll send a couple of example pages, too.

     Yes, those byte-compilation warnings are normal. It would be nice to
     fix the issues.
