Re: snippets website down?

For the record, I've now permanently removed the page Special:RecentChangesLinked
since it's unimportant and not worth the trouble of filtering bot requests.
I also removed some ugly temporary measures. The wiki works right now and
I'm crossing fingers for that to last this time.

While at it, I also upgraded the server OS and Mediawiki, and I disabled the
visual editor because it didn't really work (a contribution to
<https://gitlab.com/jeanas/LilyWiki> to make the <lilypond> tag nicely
editable in the visual editor would be welcome).

Please let me know if you see anything not working correctly.
