1. I renamed Crash to Error::other.

2. I added Error::OS and made one pass through Error::other tickets, 
changing them to Error::OS as appropriate.  Where the description of a 
"crash" was vague, I left it as Error::other.

I hope that didn't create too much noise for those subscribed to 
notifications.  That's all I plan to do.
