To me, this would make more sense if it were something like the 
answer given by Aditya at 
https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/450545/does-context-have-an-equivalent-to-scale-matchlowercase-or-similar

where you can set a multiplier number for each font based on how 
it looks with the others.
