init.ly book-handler error

Hi all,

Getting an error which is related to one I struggled with in 2022 (https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2022-10/msg00079.html) and it seems to be back:

I believe I’ve updated my dynamics-on-the-fly code, and I’m running on macOS Sequoia, so it’s pretty new. This piece also uses David N’s frame engraver and the edition-engraver, so those are other possible sources of issues.

Any thoughts/advice before I split the code line-by-line, manually, to try to find the culprit?
