some questions about M4RI source

       Hello！I am honored to mail you.My name is Liu Xiaoqiang , a graduate student in Guilin University of Electronic Technology , China. I study cryptography.
       I learn a lot in the web of M4RI ,thanks to your code sources.I want to solve the linear equations by using the m4ri algorithm.
       First, I had ever use VS2010 to debug that package ，but  there are many errors that I can not resolved .There are some errors，some .c and .h documents are inexistence.
       And then, I debugg code in linux ,I am a  new person, I would like to use the form of file flow data input, but  the source code which did not find the corresponding location, whether  it is pointer to the file * fp, my new input matrix file can be written  on it? I do not know. 
        I am now trying and reading your paper （The M4RIE library for dense linear algebra over
small fields with even characteristic）, asking you to give me some advices, please，I am really confused.
