m4 domain disappeared from TP

Hi Benno,

The weekly continuous integration build of GNU m4 failed this week, because
it cannot access http://translationproject.org/latest/m4/ . Also, in
https://translationproject.org/domain/index.html the domain 'm4' is no
longer present, and in https://translationproject.org/extra/matrix.html
it is no longer present either. Do you know what is going on here?
