Patch applied to line 6759 in ../doc/m4.texi (./198.sysval: stderr mismatch)

I have compiled and am running 'make check' on the build and am getting a test failure at test-access. I’ve tried searching for the particular error, but came up short.

Let me know if there is any other information you need.
