Request to release new m4/diffutils with updated gnulib

Dear m4, diffutils maintainers

Request to release new version of m4 and diffutils with updated gnulib.

I want to enable loongarch64 in Debian, thus need to your help.

These 2 packages build failed. The fix is already merged to gnulib

But the patches are not catched up m4 and diffutls release day, thus ask a
new version with updated gnulib.
