M4 release (for newest GCC)

Dear m4 maintainers,

The official tarball (1.4.19) doesn't build anymore with the latest GCC, as
some gnulib updates and related m4 fixes are needed.

While these updates have been made in the repository, there was no official
release so far that could be taken as a base for the package distribution.

Would it be possible to get a new m4 1.4.20 release, with the gnulib update
and few fixes that were made since 1.4.19 ?
