/usr/bin/m4: unrecognized option '--gnu'

In Aix 6.1  we are getting following error:
/usr/bin/m4: unrecognized option '--gnu'

FYI -     Following command  "m4 -version" returns "GNU m4 1.4"

From following links, We learned that m4 GNU m4 1.4.13 adds a "--gnu" option

So from where we can get m4 1.4.13 or higher so that we can fix the '--gnu' related error?  Or any guidance how to resolve this error will be highly appreciated.
