* texinfo_fixes.patch
The obvious typo at line 39 was fixed in 9ba3833f.  The rest of the
patch is pretty dubious.  I couldn't find any mention (in both texinfo docs
and source files) that makeinfo mandates short options to be listed
before the corresponding long ones.  Therefore, ignored.

* tokyocabinet_dependencies.patch
Fixed by 8ce30633

* guile_bindir.patch
Fixed by 9ba3833f + ed9454c6

* readline.patch
Fixed by 9ba3833f.

* 10_guile-snarf-CPP.patch
Fixed upstream

* hurd.patch
Fixed by 8ce30633
