Compiler Error in libmu_sieve

I'm new to the mail utils.  I downloaded the mailutils-3.1.1.tar.bz2<ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mailutils/mailutils-3.1.1.tar.bz2> and ran configure then make.
The OS is Ubuntu 12.04.5 on 64-bit.
I get the following compiler output.  I checked through your newer git commit logs and didn't see anything that addresses this.
