You use an outdated version of readline.

The 'Function' typedef was removed from readline 4.3 (some 17 years
ago). Current version of readline is 8.0 (released one month ago).

There are two choices:

1) Install newer readline (at least 5.2)

or

2) Configure mailutils without readline:

  ./configure --without-readline
