Is there Emacs package for mail from mailutils?

Thank you for maintaining the GNU mailutils package.

I was using mail from GNU mailutils, and I still use your small script
ef to extract email FROM. It is very useful in mutt workflow.

Before at some time I was not quite satisfied with mail from GNU
mailutils, there was something I do not remember that was not quite
same as I wanted when sending mailing lists. The mailing list was
based on using mail. In the meantime I have been using the makemime
utility from Courier MTA. But that utility is bundled to so much
larger software. So I wish to switch back to mail as I am getting some
problems with makemime.

As I have to do program that submits messages from the database to
mail, I need to make Emacs functions for that.

Do you know if there exists already such package for mail from GNU
mailutils?
