Who is building on VMS?

Is there anyone out there still building GNU Make on VMS?

I've been looking at the code and, although it's a bit hard to tell
through the thicket of #ifdefs in the code, it appears to me like GNU
Make won't compile successfully on VMS as of GNU Make version 4.3 where
it looks like I broke the compilation of job.c.

I wonder if I'm right or wrong about that, and if anyone knows?
