CARLA Simulator installation error

I hope this email finds you well

I was installing CARLA Simulator, building from source for windows. I am
following all the guidelines shown on the website Windows build - CARLA
Simulator <https://carla.readthedocs.io/en/latest/build_windows/> . I am
running Make version 3.81

C:\carla>make PythonAPI
"MakeFile build is currently disabled."

When I try to run *make Python API *Command in x64 Native Tools Command
Prompt, it is showing error as shown below

*"MakeFile build is currently disabled."*

Kindly help with a solution, many people in the GIT community are waiting
for the solution. I hope this can be fixed at the earliest.
