where to find Paul's latest rework branches?

I'm still interested in finishing my per-target oneshell stuff that's
based on Dec. 24 master and since then I remember seeing an email from
Paul that sounded like he was doing a rework that would collide with
what I've got, but I don't see it in the public master.  Are there dev
branches published somewhere else that I could look at?
