Double colon in index

In (info "(make) Concept Index") if I select any of
* :: rules (double-colon):               Double-Colon.        (line   6)
* :::=:                                  Immediate Assignment.
* :::= <1>:                              Setting.             (line   6)
it just files to the homepage. Hmm, broken that way still for years.
