Re: addsuffix manual example wrong, se_implicit test 4 fails.

Finally got this fixed and will try to submit a patch tomorrow.

Have got the previous patches that are outstanding in the bugs list now 
re-done against master.

Fixing the implicit rule test involved changes to these modules.
