IMO, it's only OK to post if you clearly mark it as a citation
(e.g. indented, marked with "> ", or something), *and* you complement it
with a comment about what *you* think about its various parts
(e.g. judge to be valid/funny/wrong).  The only actual valuable content
is in *your* comments.

Otherwise, it's just as worthless as copy&pasting the content of web
page: better just post the link to it (and/or an explanation about how
you can find that link).
