make: *** [../bin/build_all.pl] Error 2

Hi,

"copy build_all.pl ../bin/build_all.pl" is failing. build_all.pl is present. make says that its not able to find the ../bin/build_all.pl. Though ../bin dir is present. Pls help. Below is the -d output.
