"Target pattern contains no %"

Hi All,

 

I am getting a error message "Target pattern contains no %" in make 3.80
version while building in a Windows platform. In one 

of the mailing list I learnt that this bug is fixed in 3.81 Beta3
version of make. Could you please point me

where I can download the binary for windows in which this bug is fixed.
