Thank you for updating the patch and the personal ping!

I just compiled a patched verstion of gnumake 3.82 and this time cmake
based builds do work on winows with parallel processing!
That really is a massive improovment, thank you once again for the patch!

Let's hope that output synchronisation get's a boost like this too :)
