I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by a "snapshot".  The GNU Make
project doesn't publish "daily snapshots" like the ones published by
GCC etc. if that's what you mean, so I don't know where you got that
from but it wasn't from me.

The prerelease package I published and which is referenced in the
parent message absolutely has all the files you listed, contained in
it:

-rw-r--r-- 0/0   1444 2023-01-14 14:08 make-4.4.0.90/src/mkconfig.h
-rw-r--r-- 0/0   5990 2023-01-14 14:08 make-4.4.0.90/lib/glob.in.h
-rw-r--r-- 0/0  15528 2023-01-14 14:08 make-4.4.0.90/lib/intprops.h

etc.

Are you (and Eli) saying that this 4.4.0.90 prerelease package is
broken somehow?
