Summary: Output from non-existent addresses causes VM to lose

Original Submission: If a program sends output from an address that doesn't exist, the VM fails. In the case of mixvm, it repeats the message:

libmix-CRITICAL **: file xmix_vm.c: line 322 (out_handler_): assertion `MEMOK_ (addr)' failed.

In the case of gmixvm, the VM locks up.
