GNUmed 0.9.rc2

I have uploaded the GNUmed 0.9 Release Candidate 2. It fixes
a few bugs over rc1, most importantly the date input bug in
some locales like en_IN.

To test the 0.9 client you must either connect to the public
database or else locally create a v15 database from scratch
or upgrade from your existing v14 database.
