Hello all,

I am glad to be able to announce the immediate availability
of the GNUmed 0.9.11 Maintenance Release. It features the
following bug fixes and minor improvements:

Changelog:

	0.9.11

	IMPROVED: add SQL reports to find duplicate streets/urbs/regions

	15.11

	FIX: trf_do_not_update_substance_if_taken_by_patient() on ref.consumable_substance
	FIX: properly E''-ify escape containing strings in bootstrapper SQL scripts
			(this fixes the no-bootstrap-under PostgreSQL-9.1 issue

NOTE:

	Do run the provided reports for finding duplicate
	streets/urbs/regions and fix any dupes you find. The
	database upgrade of the next feature release will FAIL
	if there are any duplicates among those.
