GNUmed 1.2.4 Maintenance Release

Hello all,

I am glad to be able to announce the immediate availability
of the GNUmed 1.2.4 Maintenance Release. It features the
following bug fixes and minor improvements:

Changelog:

	1.2.4 client

	FIX: prevent invoices from getting attached to the wrong patient [thanks M.Angermann]
	FIX: robustify EMR tree against corner cases on patient change

	IMPROVED: drug component PRW: show external ID of brand if known

	17.4 database

	FIX: add report to find wrongly assigned invoices [thanks M.Angermann]
	FIX: add trigger to prevent linking of invoices and bills of different patients
	FIX: guard against all-zero fractions on consumable substance amounts [thanks J.Busser]

Client installation:

 Easily installable packages for your platform of choice
 will be available shortly.

 Meanwhile you can run the client from a downloaded tarball
 or use the net based client installer:

 which you need to download, make executable, and run.

Database installation / upgrade:

 Note that this release, as usual, does NOT require a
 database upgrade. However, fixes to the database are
 available which you REALLY should install with either

	$> gm-fixup_server XX

 or

	$> cd .../server/bootstrap/
	$> ./fixup-db.sh 17
