GNUmed 1.4.10 Maintenance Release

Hello all,

I am glad to be able to announce the immediate availability
of the GNUmed 1.4.10 Maintenance Release. It features the
following bug fixes and minor improvements:

 FIX: overly eager INNER JOIN of dem.v_praxis_branch
 FIX: overly eager INNER JOINs of dem.v_orgs/dem.v_org_units [thanks Jim]
 FIX: do not reuse tx after failure of "ignore_checksum_failure" on PG < 9.3

 IMPROVED: more robust pg_trgm installation

 Easily installable packages for your platform of choice

 Meanwhile you can run the client from a downloaded tarball

Database installation / upgrade:

 Note that this release, as usual, does NOT require a
 database upgrade. However, fixes to the database
 have been provided which you should install
 with either

	$> gm-fixup_server 19

 or

	$> cd .../server/bootstrap/
	$> ./fixup-db.sh 19
