GNUmed 1.5.4 Maintenance Release

Hello all,

I am glad to be able to announce the immediate availability
of the GNUmed 1.5.4 Maintenance Release. It features the
following bug fixes and minor improvements:

Changelog:

	FIX: LaTeX output of $soap_for_encounter$ [thanks Jim]
	FIX: streamline fairly-recent encounter activation
	FIX: patient instantiation in episode management tooltips
	FIX: street PRW exception on streets w/o postcode
	FIX: exception on moving SOAP between encounters (1.4.15)
	FIX: exception in staff list if there is staff with deleted DB account (1.4.16)

	IMPROVED: default consultation report
	IMPROVED: logging of unexpected encounter changes
	IMPROVED: run pdflatex with -recorder so package "currfile" can be used

Client installation:

 Easily installable packages for your platform of choice
 will be available shortly.

 Meanwhile you can run the client from a downloaded tarball
 or use the net based client installer:

 which you need to download, make executable, and run.

Database installation / upgrade:

 Note that this release, as usual, does NOT require a
 database upgrade. However, fixes to the database may
 have been provided which you can (and should) install
 with either

	$> gm-fixup_server 20

 or

	$> cd .../server/bootstrap/
	$> ./fixup-db.sh 20
