Status of GNUmed in the Debian Jessie freeze

that under the column "Testing" can be found the following gnumed-client and gnumed-server

	1.4.12+dfsg-1
	Excuse|Why?

	19.12-1
	Excuse|Why?

and wonder whether the associated "Excuse" and "Why" links indicate a problem, or whether the above versions should be expected to make it into in the Jessie release?
