HI,

Let us know how the installation works. The installers are unfortunately  not 
up to date. I recommend you to *not* use the all in one installer which ships 
postgresql. I am pretty sure the installer will work on Windows 10 but we will 
see. My plan is to transfer the build environment for the Windows packages to 
Windows 7. Unfortunately a virtual machine with Windows 7 cannot legally be 
distributed.
