yes, the mimetype-default will potentially be the reason. We are
currently on vacations, so I'll be able to check later next week.

Thanks for the ideas regarding DICOM viewers. I had a short look into
Orthanc, but with the amount of x-rays we get (very few actually), that
sounds like a sparrow-cannon-ball-solution 😅 and we'll focus on
another outside viewer, e.g. radiantviewer, which Sebastian suggested.

It will stay interesting. And I can't repeat often enough ... thanks
for the current, really nicely working solution.
