User manual?

Hello!

I am certainly a newbie in all things EMRs, and although very much in 
love with the features provided by gnumed, I find myself lost in how to 
actually use the program sometimes, due to inexperience.

Most links in the above address are broken, I think. None of the 
sections actually explaining how to use the program seem to work; I get 
the "404 Not Found" error.

 From what I could read, there was a wiki before with all the pertinent 
instructions. Is there a way to get those instructions back? How could I 
help implementing this, in any way?

Just to clarify: I am a practicing veterinarian with self-taught linux 
and python programming experience, so in any way I can, I would like to 
help.

Already I am updating the spanish translation thanks to Karsten's 
guidance on another thread, but again, find myself lost on some features 
and how to translate them due to not really knowing how to use the 
program correctly.
