Hardcoded tab names change?

True enough. Whatever else, they should not have the same name.

I have settled on

	tab: "EMR List" -- menu: "EMR: List Journal"

	tab: "EMR Text" -- menu: "EMR: Text Journal"

and adjusted

	EMR Tree -- EMR: Tree
	EMR TL -- EMR: Timeline		(doesn't work currently)

They now all say "what" and "how" ;-)
