I have manually fixed the reverse logic in the login dialog
code. In the 1-8-maint tree the wxGladeWidgets/wxgPatientOverviewPnl.py
does need the dark theme setting all by itself because only in the main
branch did I modify the label color from wxpython/gmPatOverviewWidgets.py.

I have not commented out the redundant color setting in
wxgPatientOverviewPnl.py because next time this file is
regenerated from the wxg it'll reappear :-)

I have uploaded the code to the github repository and closed
the pull request.
