Proposed patches/bugs etiquette?

Hallo, Karsten,

My question here is specifically:
- do you prefer I report the bugs directly when they happen, full logs attached and description as usual...
- ... or would you rather I spend a few days trying to patch things (albeit not in the most ideal way), and
THEN report the bug + what I think the cause is + the proposed fix?

Lately I have been testing in earnest the master branch's version of GNUmed, and this question comes about
because currently, I am 'withholding', so to speak, the bug reports until I can find some kind of patch.
(It is not my intention to overload with bug reports that may not be 'essential' for usual usage of GNUmed,
so I wait until some solution works...)

But maybe you would find it better to take a look at the bugs as soon as possible. Faster and more efficient ;)
