There is, potentially, several ways forward. 1) If you can get hold of another computer running Debian Linux that would be the most convienent option. 2) If possible, run a virtual machine on your Mac and install Debian Linux into that virtual machine: https://linuxvox.com/blog/linux-vm-on-mac/ 3) We *may* get GNUmed running on MacOSX natively but it has not been tested in any way. To that end I will, for starters, try to fix the bug you reported earlier so you can maybe test again. Please tell us which of the above options you want to pursue.
