Not really in any useable shape or form.

A lean, low-bandwidth client for

- manually retrieving/displaying single documents from the archive
- listing lab results
- listing SOAP notes
- listing basic patient demographics
- showing some sort of patient list

would already go a loooong way towards real usefulness to
the clinician doing house calls/nursing home visits. It
needn't be fancy at all.

In a way, yes, but I'd expect it to be more useful to
integrate GNUmed with OpenReception such that patients can
interact with *that*, using their interfaces, and the GNUmed
instance being run in a practice interfaces with
OpenReception.
