just in case.

This is so exciting! A new release! Particularly, of the new/updated
features, the Incoming plugin is among my favorites and think that will
be extremely useful daily to a lot of GNUmed users!

(I use the incoming plugin daily, since most lab results we get
in pdf files so simply dropping them there and sorting out later,
reviewing/signing is extremely useful :)
