Good, that's correct for a SEPA scan2pay QR code (scan2pay.info and Wikipedia).

The "BIC-Number" and "IBAN-Nr" are stored as values for BIC and IBAN inside GNUmed

(instead of real values such that no erroneous payments take place from this).
