- if we know that parent of ResizingSTC must be
  ResizingWindow we can test for it
- added some CVS keywords
- this should not be a physical replacement for the edit
  area, just a logical one where people want to use it !
  IOW we will keep gmEditArea around as it IS a good design !

Segfaults fixed.
Demonstration listbox for multiple SOAP entries, I had intended to drop
this into the gnumed client, will check what Carlos is doing

Still have vanishing cursor problem when returning  from a popup, can't
seem to get it back even after explicit SetFocus ()
